Our Story
If there’s one thing we’ve become experts at over the last six years, it’s moving.
Between graduating college, attending graduate school, moving back in with our parents, and eventually buying our first home, we’ve moved six different times. Every move came with exciting new opportunities—but also mountains of cardboard boxes, endless rolls of packing tape, and the stress of trying to keep everything organized.
After our last move, we asked ourselves a simple question: Why does moving have to be this messy?
That’s how our company was born.
We started this business because we wanted to make moving easier for people in the same position we were in. Whether you’re a college student moving between semesters, a young family settling into a new home, or simply relocating across town, we believe packing shouldn’t be the most stressful part of the journey. How does the rental process work?
It's simple:
Choose your rental package.
We deliver the totes to your home.
Pack and move at your own pace.
Unpack.
We pick everything up.
No breaking down boxes or hauling cardboard to recycling.
How long is the rental?
Our standard rental period is two weeks. Need more time? No problem! Additional days or weeks can be added before or during your rental.
Do you deliver and pick up?
Yes! We deliver clean totes directly to your home or business and return to pick them up when you're finished.

Are the totes cleaned?
Absolutely.
Every tote is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between rentals so you receive clean, move-ready equipment every time.
What if I need more totes?
No problem. If we have inventory available, we'll gladly deliver additional totes during your rental.
What if I finish early?
Just let us know! We'll do our best to schedule an earlier pickup.
What happens if I need them longer?
Simply contact us before your rental ends. We'll extend your reservation if inventory allows.
Do I need to be home for delivery or pickup?
Not necessarily.
As long as we have clear instructions and a safe location to leave or retrieve the totes, you don't need to be present.
Are the totes waterproof?
The totes are water-resistant and help protect your belongings far better than cardboard. However, they are not designed to be submerged or stored outdoors for extended periods.
How much weight can each tote hold?
Each tote is designed for typical household moving items such as:

Office supplies
Totes are 27 gallons. Dimensions are 28.5” L x 19.6” W x15.2” H. We recommend avoiding overloading any tote so they remain easy and safe to carry.
Do the totes lock?
The lids securely snap shut but are not lockable.
Can I write on the totes?
Instead of writing directly on the totes, we recommend using removable labels or painter's tape to identify each room. We provide the sharpies and tape!
Are your totes environmentally friendly?
Yes!
Every rental replaces dozens of single-use cardboard boxes, reducing waste while providing a cleaner moving experience.
What if a tote gets damaged?
Normal wear from everyday moving is expected.
If equipment is lost, stolen, or damaged beyond normal use, replacement charges may apply as outlined in the rental agreement.
Do you require a security deposit?
No.
We do not require a security deposit.
What payment methods do you accept?
We securely accept major credit and debit cards through our online checkout. The program we use for online billing is called “Stripe”.
Is sales tax included?
Virginia sales tax will be added at checkout where required by law.

Can I use the totes for storage?
Our totes are designed primarily for moving. Short-term storage during your rental is perfectly fine.
What if I need to cancel?
Reservations may be canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled delivery.
